At JINSLU Welding, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Period

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@jinslu.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds typically process within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sales@jinslu.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized or special-order products are non-returnable unless defective.
